The site offers to you a user friendly, step-by-step procedure to book your flights, hotel accommodation, budget fares, transfers, excursions, holiday packages, cruises, car rentals and other services.

information is encrypted via a secure server using the latest

What equipment do I need?
You need a PC with internet connection. A printer (preferably colour) and an e-mail address are also necessary in order to receive and print the vouchers and/or e-tickets.

What documentation do I receive in evidence of my booking(s) and
payment?
You will receive (at the e-mail address provided to us) a copy of your booked services and the respective e-tickets or vouchers for each and every service booked. Where applicable, paper tickets (only for certain airlines) will be delivered to our Offices in Cyprus or by courier to your address outside of Cyprus.

What is the booking and payment procedure?
Upon booking, you will receive a copy of your booked services at the e-mail address provided to us. Immediately available services booked will appear as confirmed and the respective e-tickets and/or vouchers will be e-mailed to you within 1-2 working days, following the date of your confirmed booking. Bookings on-request will appear as pending and e-tickets/vouchers will be dispatched in the same manner as soon as supplier confirmation has been received (normally within 1-2 working days).
Your credit card WILL NOT BE CHARGED unless your booking has been confirmed.
Where applicable, paper tickets (only for certain airlines) will be delivered to our Offices in Cyprus or by courier to your address outside of Cyprus.
You have to print all e-tickets and/or vouchers e-mailed to you and present same to each service supplier (airline, hotel, car rental agency, cruise line, etc.), accordingly. It is a condition that by accessing this site and/or using any of the service(s) provided herein, you agree to our Terms Of Use. Please read them carefully prior to any booking and payment.

After I book can I change or cancel ?
We shall do our utmost to help you, subject to fare restrictions, supplier cancellation and/or amendment terms and conditions. Cancellation(s) and/or amendments are not processed automatically and they have to be requested in writing from us through the site or by e-mail, fax or post. Certain fares are non-refundable and/or carry substantial restrictions regarding changes. Hotel accommodation, especially during Fair Exhibition periods is non-refundable. For our specific booking, payment, cancellation and/or amendment conditions please make sure that you have read carefully and understood our Terms Of Use prior to any booking and payment.
